This is an introduction to shamanic energy healing workshop. On the day we will discuss the human energy field and how our ancestors experiences and past life experiences effect our current life experiences, the chakras and the importance of clearing chakras, how to clear heavy emotions from our energy system, as well as how our own energy effects the reality we create for ourselves.

We will explore the conscious and subconscious mind and deepen our understanding of projection and shadow work.

I will explain shamanic practices that deepen our understanding of ourselves and help us tap into our own power and sovereignty.
